I am not smarter or better than you, as other SBI user's I am just a normal guy...

My Own Case Study With SBI - Site Build It

When I found SBI on the Internet doing some research, I never read bad things on it.

However I am still surprised to see today that reviews, e-zines and other things as websites talk about it without using it!!!

These people have websites not built with SBI, but they promote it.

Their comments come from stories or feedbacks they heard or read and that I think is not quite right.

How could endorse or talk about something that you do not use yourself???!!! Weird...

I USED IT EVERYDAY and what follows is not a speech, it is a real story : MINE

To start I would like to let you know that I use the computers, since the early days ; the text was green on the screen and there was no Internet yet!

When the internet appeared, I had the feeling from Day 1 that it will be "THE BIG THING" for the future and for everything and anything : knowledge, business and more.

All in one in fact!

Over the years the computers and Internet connections are getting faster and more and more software appeared in the market helping us to improve our daily tasks and work.

At the beginning the computers were just writing machines!

Then the "e-marketing" appeared beginning of the 90s'. I spent a fortune in courses, seminars and so on following some of these new "Gurus".

Let’s say a five figure number (Yes I did… What a waste!).

I did learn bits time to time. I try to build websites following these "Gurus" without real results.

Then in 2002, I came across SBI on the Internet. I checked, I liked it, it looked good and most importantly it had sense in it.

So? I signed up!

But I was tired to waste my time and money on software and so on, I didn't give it a chance, I didn't use it.

I was spectical BUT curious so I followed some people using SBI, my best Case Studies will be first Allan Gardyne's the Internet's #1 affiliate authority.

I was surprised that Allan was talking about SBI and even wrote an article about a Case Study of one of his former employee Rupert!

Once again, Allan Gardyne's is the Internet's #1 affiliate authority. In fact, he knows one side of the whole thing quite well I will say but not the whole process.

So Rupert followed the Action Guide (the step by step ressource book that provides SBI) and used all the other resources included in SBI.

What happened then?

Rupert built his cheap computers site into a thriving online business.

And now a couple of years later, despite little-or-no work on it, it's STILL making monthly income.

My second example will be Elad Shippony: success in his business within six months with the help of his sister Tamar with who he started www.coolest-birthday-cakes.com.

Then came www.coolest-homemade-costumes.com and other websites.

And more recently www.my-sbi-adventure.com. An amazing success in just a few years.

Writing my story this morning I was thinking of what I have achieved since I started.

I taught it was the right time to say thank you to Elad for having helping me to take the decision you will discover below.

I do not know him personaly, maybe one day, who knows?

So, I did send him a Thank You Letter via his website this afternoon.

To come back to my persona story, my subscription with SBI ended in 2003 and remember I did nothing, I didn't use it, I just read what was in it.

But in the meantime I was still following these Case Studies of people using SBI – Site Build It as Elad and others; all succeful stories by the way.

Then in December 2006 I signed up again for SBI, very motivated this time by all the Case Studiess I was following.

What happened then?

I started this website: www.about-french-riviera.com at my own pace being very busy with my work.

The is where I was born, this is where I live and work and I wanted to share what I knew.

And guess what happened then?

I made my 1st sell through the website just seven months after its launch (as you may have read elsewhere on my website I am a real estate agent here) and since I have made eight other sells!!!

And most importantly and rewarding is that I receive daily emails from people who like the website and who give me feedbacks, tips, tricks to add to the website.

What a reward! I love what I do and I believe that visitors feel it. The whole "thing" is positive for everyone!

I do not like to talk too much about money.

I also don't really like these people who show big cars, who says I made this and that on the Internet.

Just 1 sentence about money and my personal case study.

Thanks to SBI the amount I spent in so-called "Gurus" is back on our bank accounts (to be absolutely honest much more actually!) in just over two years.

And it is just a start…

One very important experience that I had and didn’t mention above:

I actually understand its importance today building my website and considering where I stand right now in the process; in May 2009.

I am not a big brand, I am Bruno your French Riviera Guide and I’d love to have my website and work spread on the Web.

The best way are the Medias but it is almost impossible if you are not a big name to reach them.

My website did attract the attention of the medias without doing anything or just being myself sharing my experiences and knowledge on my work and my beloved area the French Riviera!

I am talking here also about the reward: VALUABLE links. I am not techie so I would explain it briefly.

This incredible story is just below:

Once again, I did attract the attention of the Medias with my website!

I received a phone call in May 2008 from Nuwireinvestor, a large company in US for info and advices on real estate all over the world.

They have also a well-known website on the Internet: www.nuwireinvestor.com.

They asked me a phone interview with them as a real estate agent in France having expertise in the field and this interview has been broadcasted on radio in US and on the Internet for a couple of months by Nuwireinvestor.

They found me thanks to my website!

The interview itself is not online anymore, but in the meantime when I accepted their offer, Nuwireinvestor uploaded on their website and as a Thank You a page from my website. (it is here)

They also published on their website an article about the interview.

I did not know that these pages on www.nuwireinvestor.com will bring me so much traffic on my website!

I discovered that a while ago when checking my stats!

Things are changing now as I start to have a better understanding how things work with search engines as I am further down the road with the SBI Guide.

I just realize today that right now building a strong link strategy to generate more traffic (too techie? Sorry!); that I have build links or if you want votes of confidence by my visitors without even knowing it.

Just by creating genuine content on my beloved area and work, in fact being myself!!!

That also occurred with Nuwireinvestor bringing me more visitors interested on the French Riviera and my work as a real estate agent!

That is the beauty of SBI, it lets you look after your business and you grow it without giving to much attention to the techie side as SBI does it for you and the day you understand, you just say Woahhhhhhh as I just did today checking my website statistics and writing this page!

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS THE GLOBAL FINANCIAL CRISIS WITH SBI!

What have I done to achieve that? I just follow step by step at my own pace the SBI guide!

RESULTS MATTER and mine show that I was right (as others did before and will do after me) to choose SBI to promote my business.

Once again, by following SBI step by step at my own pace, I had, have and will have RESULTS.

What's Next For Our Family?

When you have created one successful website, it gets easier for the second one and so on..., right?

We have to learn first, it is always like that. But when you know you just have to apply again and again, simple!

I love to cook so I will say that when I have a good recipe I make this dish again and again.

And I love it so much that I share the recipe, right? This is exactly what I am doing here right now with you!

But, don't get me wrong this recipe is not magic. no magic in it, you have to work.

When you cook, it is work but you like it and here is the difference!

It is the same for everything, isn't it? You have to learn first and if you like it is even better and easier!

Regarding our plans, my wife and I have a dream. We have a beautiful daughter named Océane and we will like to have other children.

Having a multiple sclerosis for twenty years my neurologist advised us not to do so.

Our daughter is in good health and she is not the result of an "accident" (as we knew that having a child was risky with that health "problem" and we didn't plan to have one, we wanted to adopt).

But my wife and I have been blessed to receive a wonderful gift from God and life.

Living between the French Riviera and Bali, we want to open an orphanage in West Bali where it is needed.

Building a successful website on this orphanage will help us to raise the necessary funds to build and to maintain it.

I will also give ideas to other people to do the same if they can or have the funds to do so.

On the other hand we will like to create a website on the multiple sclerosis.

I know by "experience" that it will be helpful. I had difficult times and I know the ups and downs of that "thing".

I have seen so many specialists about this "thing" that I can definitely dedicate a website to it, bringing people together from all over the world and find a real cure for it.

At least create a solid and helpful community for this disease not really known and recognized today. It will be very nice.

We hope to create these two websites as soon as I will have enough time. Let's see...
