I am registered in Asia (tax purposes...) as an independent real estate agent/broker.

I deal in France through different real estate agencies on the behalf of my clients; this is the legal side.

I am French with a Spanish background.

I speak and write English, Spanish, Italian and other languages as Indonesian.

After many years of travelling the world I came back to Nice years ago

I found work straight away in the real estate business through a friend of mine and I started as a real estate agent.

I think that it happened that way thanks to my background and language skills.

Lots of I above and below? That may sound a little bit pretentious isn't it?

That is not the purpose of this page!

Over the years, it did happened that for whatever reason a client do not like me as a real estate agent or simply as a person.

That happens, that's fine as you cannot be "accepted" by eveyone.

I can do a very good job but the client feels that my personality does not correspond to her or his personality or something else.

It is human nature and I do understand it, even that I feel that this is not quite right as at the end of the day we are talking about investment, doing business and so on; important things.

Well, I am close to many of my clients but not all, I am a real agent agent and my job is to make sure that I have a satisfied client.

Friendship may come AFTER.

One example I remenber is this client years ago who told me that he couldn't do business with me because I was too funny!

Well, that's true! But this is just one side of my personality.

My work is always first and done the way a client expects it to be done!

Note that I can be very tough when I have too!

Anyway, I understood and one of my friend looked after this client.

I know by experience that in all the cases I would not be able to assist such a client.

When it starts that way, it will go wrong at one stage...

When doing real estate I also bought my first property in an auction.

I have personally experienced the joys and challenges of purchase, renovations, managing properties in France and in my city Nice on the French Riviera.

When you are a real estate agent you begin at one stage to be your own client!

Finally, a few years ago being tired with taxes I decided to be in France only a part of the year and when I was needed by my clients.

The rest of the year my family and I live in the beautiful island of Bali where I work from the Internet and also on...? real estate!

I have these days a better knowledge of the Internet and I did realize long time ago that this tool will be THE WAY and the best one to promote my work.
