Notes and Thoughts about this website

Some below may sound too technical; remember that I knew nothing about code and so on when I started this website.

Thanks to SBI – Site Build It I am going forward every day, learning at my own pace, and I LOVE IT!

I just want to give you here some tips "how to travel" on about-french-riviera.com easily and some personal thoughts.

Please note that links that leave a page on AFR.com often open a new window. It may be annoying for some of you.

I took this "option" for a simple reason: that allows you to check out the service and come back to see more in the category.

Some pop-up blockers might not permit that. It will SEEM like the link does not work. To correct that...

Either hold down the Ctrl key when you click or add www.about-french-riviera.com as an "allowed site".

Don’t worry! It will not hurt your computer!

The website should be used without problem with any browser, use the one you like if you encounter a problem please let me know.

With internet Explorer and Mozilla all should be fine.

Under other browsers it may SEEM like links do not work, it may SEEM like descriptions on the images, links or notes cannot be read.

For your convenience I had also to learn quite a lot of things!

As an example: I use a "Fluid template" now to have the website viewed under any screen resolution.

Vistors do not like to scroll to the right when visiting a page, do you? That happens often when a Visitor is using an 800 x 600 resolution screen.

I wanted also my pages to look nice to ALL my Visitors. Hard task, but done! Enjoy!

Nobody or nothing being perfect if you encounter a problem when surfing the website, please do not hesitate to contact me by clicking here.

When you float your mouse over a link or an image anywhere on the website you may read the description, note or "how to" on that link or image depending on your browser as stated above.

It is not always nice to see copyright tags on the images, but I have to protect my hard work; it is the only way...

I add the copyright tags at the bottom of the images usually which is a better "place" I believe to not disturb your "travel" on AFR.com.

My English: some typos, grammatical errors?

I do my best to avoid them and if my English may sound "funny" sometimes, please understand that I like to speak with "my own voice" and "my own tone".

I travelled and travel a lot and I learnt (and still learning!) English from different countries mainly Indonesia, Australia, US and England.

My English is a mix of these travels!

This is me, Bruno, I am real, and I am the one writing to you Dear Visitor, no one else.

I correct the text for sure but I DO NOT use a third party for AFR.com, I do it all.

AFR.com is my little corner of the World Wide Web and my place to share with you my passion for my area the French Riviera or Côte d'Azur.

Well, I am French, English is not my first language as you may already noticed, I write the way I will talk to you if we were face to face!

Help me with your comments and feedback as they are VERY important to me and will help to improve the website.
