I organise forum topics according to feedbacks from French Riviera Website over the time.
To start a new thread in any forum, just click into that forum and then click on the 
button.
To reply to a post, just click into a forum and click on the 
button. When to REPLY, as opposed to when to START a new thread? Create a new topic only when none of the existing threads in any forum fits the content of your post. Please help to run things smoothly and friendly...
Searching is important. Spend some time figuring out how to search and you'll get the best out of these forums. For example...
You'll notice that some folks just rise to the top and post consistently great material. You can do a search for all posts by that person, either through the search tool above, or by clicking on a poster's "profile" (click on their username-link or on the 
button). Once you are at that person's profile, click on the "Find all posts by...." link.
Please help things runs smoothly -- that way everyone gets the most out of the forums. Some forums are notorious for poor behaviour.
This is a friendly place, but we are also serious about learning, sharing and moving forward, constantly forward, toward your goals. So...
If behaviour deleterious to these forums is repeatedly due to the same person, that person will be banned from the forums. I would have to approve such a removal, even though I do not want to kick anyone out.
